Alla varor skickas med PostNord postpaket upp till 2 kg och kostar 53kr. Paket levereras hem till dörren eller till ombud om varan är för stor för att få plats i brevlådan. Paket postas en gång i veckan, på fredag förmiddag. Orderbehandlingstid kan därmed vara 1-6 dagar beroende på när du lägger din order.
Ångerrätt
Enligt distansavtalslagen har man som konsument rätt att ångra sitt köp utan speciell anledning inom 14 dagar från det man tagit emot varorna. Vill du utöva din ångerrätt skall du innan 14 dagar passerat, meddela oss skriftligt att du avser skicka tillbaka varan eller tillse att varan kommer oss till handa. Varor ska återsändas oanvända och i obruten förpackning. Varorna returneras till oss på din bekostnad. De får inte återsändas mot postförskott eller efterkrav, de utlöses då ej av oss. När du utnyttjar ångerrätten för en enskild vara betalar vi tillbaka varans köpeskilling, du står för frakten. Återbetalning sker inom 14 dagar från den dagen vi mottagit ångermeddelandet eller då du som kund lämnar ett bevis på att varan återsänts, det som sker först. De kunder som använder Klarna kan rapportera sin retur där. Om paketen inte hämtas ut skickar vi en faktura till dig på returfrakten.
Retur och ångerrätt gäller ej för varor som anpassats efter dina önskemål eller på något sätt fått en personlig prägel, returrätten gäller heller inte för produkter med försegling och där förseglingen brutits eller för varor där varan kan försämras eller blivit för gammal. Önskas ny vara tas ny fraktavgift ut.
